Consultation

ACLD has many years of experience in providing consultation. We have the expertise to provide a wide range of individualized consultation services to professionals, school systems, and others.
Examples of the types of fee-for-service consultation that are available are as follows:

• Understanding Specific Learning Disabilities and their consequences
• Testing for SLD and understanding the results
• Developing an appropriate intervention plan for a child or an adult with SLD
• Finding effective intervention techniques and strategies for dealing with SLD
• Assisting the graduating high school student with SLD to choose an appropriate college or post-secondary educational program.
